Large, 1930's Bloomsbury School, 'Girl in a Striped Skirt'

Charming, Bloomsbury School, painterly portrait from the 1930's depicting a girl with red hair playing a guitar. Wonderful sun-ray pleated skirt of autumnal, rainbow hues, some stunning sun yellows and burnt oranges, complimented by amethyst and jade. Lovely floral wallpaper to the left and a view from the open window of rolling hills and a beech tree. Luscious thick brush stokes almost to the the point of impasto.
