Swoops of cyan in a Summer bay, craggy rocks of beetroot and thunder cloud. Red and russet roof tops painted slab like in flat sweeps of colour.
Artist Bio
Lars Bertil Bertle , born 1925 is a Swedish artist .
Bertle started painting after a long-term professional activity in 1968. He self-studied and made some study trips in northern Europe.
His art consists of still life , figures with people in motion and landscape paintings, often in winter garb. Bertle is represented at the Helsingborg Museum, the Swedish Arts Council , Gothenburg Art Museum , Malmö Museum , Landskrona Museum and in several municipalities in Sweden.
