1971 Still Life, 'Pineapple,' by Swedish artist, Hans Larsson. WAS £795.00
I have never met anyone who doesn't like pineapple. This particular fruit sits on a large, round, naive platter with chunky handles. The painting is strident and thick with juicy strokes in Red Leicester and processed cheese hues. The plate is flanked by two emerald green pears, a wooden spoon, a blue jug, a copper coloured jug and a green flask.
