1974, 'Saucisson,' by Swedish artist, Lennart Rosensohn.

This huge post impressionist painting nothing short of sensational. What is not to love about a butcher displaying his sausage? That wonderful scratched hand of sausages hangs top right, post box red sausages line up like porky soldiers on a white table cloth. The portly butcher stands proudly in a peach shirt and white apron his moustache pert and his eyes twinkling.
