Delightful narrative painting depicting a jolly dance. Revellers smooch on a raised biscuit bandstand, a group present forward on their way to the bar, dappled in jade and marigold light. A couple, she in a bluebell dress and he smartly attired in a black hat and white shirt gossip stage right. Beautifully executed, loosely and energetically.
