Vibrant, mid-century oil on canvas by French artist, Leopold Pernes (1912 - 1980).
Bursting with colours, acid green, primrose yellow, bubble gum pink and violet dahlias clustered in a purple grey jug. Boldly painted with thick flat blocks of colour on the jug and quick flashes of paint forming the petals of the flowers.
