20thC French Oil Painting, 'Rock Pooling.'

This good sized, monumental painting depicts two curtains of rock, transecting the canvas. A Philadelphia Cream Cheese wedge of light illuminates two chums on the rocks. A sweet, salmon pink flash takes the eye from the front of the painting to the figures. Seaglass and urchin coloured forms are laid down in solid segments.
