French Bistro Plates
A collection of authentic, rare, French bistro plates, circa 1910s-'30s, having color coded rims with numbers in francs that correspond to the price of various drinks, allowing the waiter to keep tabs by adding up totals based on the count of used plates. Various base stamps but mainly Léveillé & Mabit 33 Rue des Marais Paris.
